Tripdata is a consultative research and planning service. We do not make any commission on any of our recommendations. We are focused on finding travel options that are best for you, not us. Following an initial conversation to determine the kind of information our clients require, a proposal is prepared that details the cost of tripdata’s services.  As each client’s needs are unique, tripdata’s services are customized to their requests.

Most clients invest approximately 10% of their entire trip cost on tripdata’s customized service. If clients only need a particular kind of information (i.e. a specific tour or lodging recommendation), their investment may be less.

Tripdata encourages clients to seek personally rewarding experiences that add to their understanding and appreciation of the world. Others have made reservations and are looking for a few more details to enhance their trip. No matter your level of travel planning, here's how to get our researchers working for you:

Fill out our initial questionnaire and mail it to us (925 Hercules Circle | Lafayette, CO 80026) or fax it to us (877.379.2093). Within two business days we'll get back to you via your preferred contact method with questions that are more specific to the trip you have in mind.

After those questions are addressed, we'll email you a brief description of what we'll do for you with all our costs outlined. If you approve the proposal, we'll require a $200 deposit before we get started on the planning.

Normally, our research takes seven to ten business days to complete. Once we've completed your research request, we'll mail your completed packet to the address you've provided.
